    We're looking for dedicated Disability Services Workers in Albury to offer support to our high care clients.

    We're on the lookout for Disability Services Workers in Albury to provide assistance to our clients.

    What your role will entail

    No two days are identical! As a Disability Support Worker, your responsibilities will revolve around delivering personalized care to help our diverse clients with their daily living activities. Enthusiastic team members engage in a range of tasks, such as providing personal care, assisting with medication, shopping, or cooking. Above all, your primary focus will be on assisting clients in accomplishing meaningful goals. We seek individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are eager to develop and enhance valuable skills.

    To excel in this position

    · Demonstrate a deep-seated passion for working with individuals with disabilities, both mental and physical

    · Embrace challenges and find joy in small victories

    · Exhibit empathy and a compassionate demeanor

    · Possess a valid NDIS check, CPR, and First Aid Certificate

    · Fully vaccinated against COVID-19

    · Legally eligible to work in Australia

    · While relevant qualifications are advantageous, we are willing to provide training to the right candidate internally.
