    It's a good time to see what more you can find at NAB as a Senior AssociateA career that gives you moreThe role will see you support the Director and Associate Director in DS&E and partner with Relationship teams across states.

    Senior Associate DS&E will be supported by Associates in DS&E and will develop open working relationship with Relationship Managers and Agribusiness Credit Representatives.


    Responsibilities include:
    Provide support to the Director/Associate Director and Relationship Teams.
    Provide financial and risk analysis, with detailed complex lending submissions of high quality.
    Ensure that all group exposures have been accurately assessed, with support from Director/Associate Director as required.
    Ensure that a commercial approach is evident, to protect both clients and the Bank.
    Gather the correct and appropriate information from clients and the Relationship Team.
    Analyse and prepare detailed Lending Submissions in conjunction with the Corporate Agribusiness Relationship Teams, Associate

    DS&E and Associate Director DS&E, that includes:Completion of all formal New, Increased and Annual Review submissions for exposures that have been classified as DS&E exposures.

    Exposures may or may not be in home state with the function supporting all DS&E exposures on a level loading basis across all states

    File activities include:
    Preparation or Client Evaluation.
    Industry and Benchmarking Analysis.
    Financial Analysis including Sensitivities.
    Primary & Secondary Exit Analysis.
    CRS management to ensure correct risk profile is reflected.

    Hold own DCA (Delegated Commitment Authority) and will be required to use their DCA to jointly approve / support submissions direct to Agribusiness Credit or escalation to Director/Associate Director DCA if outside of Senior Associates DCA.

    All required mandatory training and ongoing continuous training obligations are met to ensure that their DCA always remains full and effective.

    Involvement in interviews with clients and Relationship Team.

    Coaching, mentoring and development of Associate DS&E and Relationship Team in all states around large and complex operations and financial analysis to improve knowledge and capability.

    Analysing and researching a wide range of Agricultural Industries both pre & post farm gate to improve knowledge and provide valuable information to the wider Agribusiness team, including customer and industry insights.

    Proactively manage risk and meet all policy and compliance requirements.

    Contribute to Revenue and ROE growth: in line with Agribusiness PU; Including pricing considerations as part of file completion / approval to ensure exposure is providing appropriate returns based on tenor and crs.
