    • Demonstrated experience ensuring business needs and requirements are met, taking a constructive approach to identify and analyse any process gaps. Improve our efficiency and effectively leverage transparent and holistic thinking.
    • Demonstrate your exceptional ability in root cause analysis and troubleshooting, supporting various Windows, Linux, and SQL Server operating system platforms.
    • Brace yourself for the thrill of harnessing your training expertise to lead the creation of supporting documentation, training materials, and reference guides.
    • Get ready to showcase your exceptional written and verbal communication skills in a dynamic customer-centric setting. You'll collaborate with internal and external teams, attend customer meetings, and handle escalations and emergency events. Hang on tight for an action-packed experience
    • Buckle up for an adventure as you carefully navigate the Agile and ITIL principles. Utilise your skills in process analysis to develop and enhance procedures that guarantee the best results when providing services.

    Required Certification and Experience:

    • ITIL V3 or V4 foundation or a proven comprehension of the principles and practices in ITIL and their application in a day-to-day IT environment.
    • Splunk Power User
    • Linux OS scripting and general knowledge
    • Technical root cause analysis experiences within incident and problem management.
    • Operation Centre support and relevant fast-paced environments
    • Continuous improvement in business and system processes and accompanying documentation and/or training artefacts.

    Desired experience and/or exposure in the following:

    • State/Federal government operating model.
    • Alation, Erwin and PowerBi
    • SQL Server database administration
    • Prince2/Agile methodologies
    • ITOM/ITSM/ServiceNow
    Candidates must be Australian Citizens and have current NV1clearance minimum to be considered. This role will require you to hold and maintain an Australian Government NV1 security clearance.
