    Description
    With Our Customers At The Core, Your Key Focus Will Be:Data Analysis & Insights
    • Conduct category and channel analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks to current category assortment. Monitor competitive activities, pricing strategies and market dynamics to be ahead of industry changes.
    • Analyse and evaluate category demographic profiles and shopper purchasing behaviour as you translate complex metrics and analytics into valuable insights to drive sustainable growth for the future.
    • Collaborate with cross functional teams including commercial sales, marketing, and innovation to align category strategies with overall business ambition.
    • Support the delivery of clear category presentations for our key strategic customers.
    Customer Planning
    • Build strong working relationships with the commercial sales team and customers by demonstrating a high level of customer centricity and initiative, all whilst being prepared to challenge the status quo.
    • Support the development of successful category strategies in line with customer trading agreements, ensuring full alignment and implementation with customers.
    • Evaluate all category led promotional activity to determine effectiveness against agreed sales, profit and marketing objectives outlined and agreed with key off premise customers.
    • Co-lead customer range review submissions, supported by category & shopper insights
    Revenue Growth Management
    • Drive the application of fact-based category insights to drive ROS, volume uplift and value growth with our key strategic customers.
    • Deliver M+E throughout the year to evaluation the effectiveness of category strategy and execution for future investment opportunities with our key strategic customers.
    Business Planning
    • Support the Integrated Activity Planning (IAP) process cross functionally, providing compelling and actionable category and customer insights and ensure relevant and market applicable assets are delivered which allow us to win in the marketplace.
    • Further develop tools eg Hyble, SalesMap in line with category principles to support the Commercial Sales and CP&A teams to drive engagement across customer, shopper, and consumer.
