I am currently seeking an Assistant Boutique Manager to join a new prestigious international timepieces brand, opening in Pacific Fair.

The Role
As the Assistant Boutique Manager, you will be supporting the Boutique manager and be the heart and soul of our store, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team of dedicated sales associates. You will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of sales associates, fostering a culture of excellence and providing ongoing training and development and creating a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere within the boutique, ensuring an unforgettable shopping experience for every customer. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service and expert advice to meet their individual needs as well as monitoring and analyzing sales data, identifying trends and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and achieve targets.

Skills and Experience
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have a proven track record in luxury retail management, preferably within the timepiece or jewelry industry. A passion for and extensive knowledge of luxury timepieces, their history, and the craftsmanship behind them. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and motivate a team. Strong business acumen and the ability to analyze sales data, identify opportunities, and implement effective strategies.
