    The Role

    We are seeking Full time, Part time and Casual Residential Support Workers to provide individualised therapeutic support for young people in our Care.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support children/young people to achieve personal goals
    • Assist children/young people to build their personal resilience and navigate complex emotions and triggers
    • Support connection to family & culture
    • Encourage and aid participation in education & extracurricular activities to promote competence and stability in day-to-day life
    • Transport and daily care as required
    • Work alongside our clinical and casework team with children and young people at the forefront of all practice.
