    About Us

    At Infraworks, we deliver expert maintenance and project services to the manufacturing, logistics, and infrastructure sectors.

    We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team on a full-time basis, working Monday to Friday in a manufacturing maintenance environment within our plant. As part of this role, you will perform preventative maintenance (PMs), handle breakdowns, and participate in projects.

    You will report directly to our Service Manager and receive support from our comprehensive safety, compliance, and workshop teams.

    To be successful in this position, you must possess:

    1. A background in manufacturing plant maintenance or projects.
    2. Previous experience with PLC and motion control systems is highly desirable.
    3. The ability to work independently, troubleshoot issues, maintain accurate maintenance records, and utilize maintenance management systems.
    4. Effective communication skills to build and maintain relationships with the operations workforce, customer management interfaces, and internal teams across Infraworks.

    Candidates must hold a valid Australian driver's license, have current work rights in Australia, and pass a D&A test and physical assessment.

    Key Requirements

    • Background in manufacturing plant maintenance or projects.
    • PLC and motion control experience preferred.
    • Self-motivated with strong troubleshooting skills and record-keeping abilities.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
