    Description

    Field Sales Manager Role

    This is a career-defining opportunity to lead and build a team from the ground up in Sydney Metro.

    You will play a key role in establishing work processes that best serve your team to achieve sales targets, grow and promote our product range, and explore new business opportunities.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Lead, mentor, motivate, and develop a team of Territory Managers to achieve and exceed their monthly and annual financial objectives (typically 7-10 team members).
    • Execute against Suntory's Category, Channel, and Customer strategies with the team.
    • Deliver against the Customer Contact matrix and drive value to On Premise and Off Premise customers called on by the team.
    • Support the team in growing new business in the On Premise sector.
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand distribution, visibility, and share of brands to increase revenue.
    • Flawlessly execute key innovation and NPD initiatives in trade with the team.
    • B Foster strong relationships with key customers and industry associations.
    • Coach and provide timely feedback to team members on individual and team development objectives as well as career role progression.
    • Prioritize Safety and ensure everyone gets home safely every day.
    • Champion and embody Suntory's leadership spirits and behaviors.

    Required Skills

    You will have exceptional coaching skills and experience in leading and inspiring a team to deliver strong results. You should have a proven ability to manage targets, build new accounts with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, and navigate sales data into actionable insights.
