    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in similar, with a minimum of 2 years.
    • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
    • Proven track record of creating a positive work environment and delivering outstanding customer service.
    • In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and compliance.
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and handle various responsibilities.
    • A passion for training and mentoring in both service and product knowledge - a true leader by example, not a manage

    The ideal candidate:

    • Will assist in day-to-day operations, stock ordering and stock control within the venue
    • Assist in overseeing the responsible service of alcohol and up-keeping of a safe workplace
    • Work closely with the Venue Manager ensuring operations and overall success of the business
    • Will be able to lead staff to deliver a high quality service in a fast-paced environment, while staying composed under pressure
    • Will have chosen hospitality as your profession, always lead by example and enjoy problem-solving
    • Have a high attention to detail
    • Possess superior communication and interpersonal skills
