We are currently recruiting Registered Nurses who are looking to work and live in regional Australia. We are also offering 494 sponsorship for overseas RN's leading to unencumbered permanent residency after 3 years

The role will incorporate:

• Complete holistic assessments
• Developing appropriate care plans
• Evaluating and making clinical decisions
• Guiding our care staff
• Improving the quality of life of our Residents

You are a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse who endeavours to provide safe and effective direct nursing care in line with nursing best practice principles.

To achieve this, you will have:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and demonstrated Aged Care/Hospital experience
  
  • Availability to work a rotating roster which includes morning, afternoon and night duties
  
  • Ability to communicate effectively and patiently with a range of Residents with a variety of health issues
  
  • A genuine enthusiasm, care and compassion in your commitment to working with older people
  
  • Understanding of ANACC, including charting, assessments, documentation and funding submissions

Require Sponsorship?

We have several opportunities for permanent full time Registered Nurses to work in our regional locations. Should you require sponsorship we are able to sponsor you under the 494 Regional Sponsorship. This will give you unencumbered pathway to permanent residency after only 3 years.

To be eligible for 494 sponsorship the government requires you to be:

• AHPRA Registered
• Have 3 years of relevant nursing experience
• Must have a positive skill assessment
• Be under 45 years of age
