- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA Registration and a minimum of five years of experience
- Demonstrated expertise in staff coordination and allocation
- Ability to multitask and allocate resources effectively
- Proficient in MS Office and computer operations
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, along with proven management and leadership abilities
- Pursuing or completed postgraduate management qualification
- Prior management experience as Nurse Unit Manager or Hospital Coordinator
