Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead the Maintenance Department to oversee the safe execution of maintenance activities and to optimise overall performance.

About You
You will be a forward-thinking leader with a strong focus on safety, inclusion and diversity, productivity and maximising the benefit of technology. Your solid understanding of operating practices will be supported by relevant qualifications and experience in delivering outstanding results in areas such as asset maintenance, projects/engineering or similar discipline, You have a passion for building diverse and high performing teams that enable people to excel in their development and careers. Previous experience in leading and mentoring multi-disciplinary diverse teams coupled with strong operational discipline will strongly assist in the success of this role.
A performance and achievement orientated professional, your leadership and technical strengths, and experience working within large complex organisations will be complemented by excellent engagement and communication skills.
