    Position Overview:

    As an Administration Support specialist at Prestige Staffing, you will play a crucial role in our agency's back-office operations.

    This role is ideal for someone who has a high level of attention to detail, enjoys multitasking, and is passionate about delivering outstanding administrative support.


    Your responsibilities will include organising prescreens, booking appointments, managing candidate files, ensuring compliance, facilitating onboarding processes, sending out daily rosters, providing quotes, and following up with candidates.


    Responsibilities:

    Coordinate prescreen interviews with candidates and Recruitment Consultants Maintain accurate and organised candidate files Facilitate the onboarding process for new temporary labour hire staff, including sending contracts and ensuring relevant compliance Ensure that candidates have completed the appropriate compliance documents and assist them where needed Dispatch daily rosters to candidates Prepare quotes for staffing services and send them to clients for signing.

    Working with system providers to troubleshoot any issues and ensure best practices Conduct follow-up communication with candidates throughout their placements.


    About You:
    Previous experience in administration or office support roles preferred Excellent organisational and time-management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
