We're currently searching for a new Stream Manager, Customer Infrastructure to join our growing team.

The focus of this role is to lead the delivery of IT strategy on behalf of the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Information Officer, and Group Manager, IT Infrastructure. In doing so, you will lead a team of highly successful and driven individuals to deliver quality outputs for the business.

As a Stream Manager, Customer Infrastructure, we'll call on your unique talents, skills, expertise, and experience to:

• Manage customer-facing IT infrastructure technical strategy and supporting operations,
• Lead operational management of Cloud infrastructure with an Azure focus,
• Lead release management across the business,
• Coordinate incident management across the business,
• Coordinate backup and recovery solution management,
• Provide tailored development leadership and support,
• Participate as an active member of the Leadership Council.

We believe our ideal applicant will demonstrate the following attributes:

• A demonstrated professional work ethic,
• Familiarity with the tasks undertaken in the management of Cloud environments and development operations services,
• Able to lead a high-output team of Development Operations Specialists to ensure the delivery of quality outcomes,
• Professional time management skills and the ability to set and meet deadlines for others,
• Professional skills in written and verbal communication
• Graduate qualifications in information technology, or equivalent years of practical experience
