Project Manager - Industrial Sub-Divisions

scouted. are pleased to be working with a Melbourne-based Private Fund Manager & Developer, who in recent years has demonstrated an ability to transact and deliver in one of the hottest property markets. Their bread and butter is Industrial Development - typically, this has included pure development deals, value-add and core-plus investments, and other more opportunistic deals. This company is seeking a Project Manager to ensure the project delivery of large-scale industrial land subdivisions is absolutely seamless and successful.

Your Responsibilities:

• Innovate to de-risk projects, maximise revenue, and minimise costs throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Lead design and town planning meetings, and prepare the submissions for applications, strategically structuring and negotiating applications
• Review engineering and service utility designs for commercial implications, as well as provide feedback to improve project outcomes
• Create budgets from feasibility/investment models, consultant inputs and tenders
• Work closely with the transaction team and development managers on tenant/occupier deals to ensure subdivision works are coordinated and aligned with built-form construction within estates
• Monitor market trends and data points to provide insights to the transaction team

Who we are looking for:

• Tertiary qualifications in Property and/or Engineering
• 5+ years in Property Development, Project Management, or Civil Engineering within the Industrial/Land-Subdivision market (this is a must)
• Proven track record of overseeing the entire process from planning to registration of titles
• Passionate about delivering projects to the highest quality
• Excellent attention to detail, communication and innovation skills
