    Where do you fit in?

    • Design, develop and maintain BI dashboards
    • Work closely with product management, engineering, marketing, and finance teams to identify data trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
    • Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to support business objectives.
    • Improve the efficiency of existing reporting suite.

    Technical Experience:

    • 5+ years' experience in an analyst role responsible for reporting and analysis, ideally in fintech or a start-up environment
    • Demonstrated proficiency in PowerBI
    • Knowledge of DAX and power query
    • Strong SQL skills
    • Effective communication skills
    • Strong analytical, business acumen, problem-solving skills and a sharp eye for detail
    • A self-starter that takes initiative and who works autonomously in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
    • Desire to help improve kids' financial capability
    • Experience with Databricks and Microsoft Azure is a plus, but not strictly required

    Organisational skills and experience:

    • Highly organized and diligent
    • Naturally curious and willing to learn
    • Great at problem solving
    • Highly collaborative and good with managing competing priorities
    • High attention to detail
