    About the Role

    As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring that all rooms, amenities, and communal spaces within the property are well-maintained and in excellent condition. This involves collaborating with a diverse team, using your problem-solving skills to address various tasks, and maintaining a safe and presentable work environment.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Maintain the overall condition of the property, including rooms, amenities, and communal spaces
    • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
    • Address maintenance and repair tasks efficiently and effectively

    Requirements

    • Comfortable working in a physical role with a get-up-and-go attitude
    • Experience in general property maintenance and familiarity with preventative maintenance programs is an advantage
    • Effective communication skills at all levels, from management to guests and contractors
    • Able to adapt to a flexible rotating schedule, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
