    Job Description

    This is an opportunity for either an experienced Administration Manager looking to step up or a current Retail Manager looking to accelerate their career and join our Real Estate Management Service Team.

    Based at a busy shopping centre and reporting to the NSW Retail Director, this key role will be responsible for effectively managing and maximising the performance of 1 sub-regional asset. The main responsibilities of this role include:

    • Overseeing the presentation, maintenance of the asset, ensuring a high standard of presentation at all times.
    • Maintaining close liaisons with the landlord(s) and fostering effective working relationships with them alongside the retailers.
    • Preparation of all related reports, budgets, reconciliations, correspondence and documentation.
    • Communicate frequently with the owner and all tenants and provide timely relevant and professional advice to the owners in all aspects of the management of the property.
    • Responsible for ensuring the delivery of the Centre's financial result ensuring financial targets are met, proactive retailer management, must have strong financial analysis and reporting skills and the ability to balance strategic and operational responsibilities

    Qualifications

    • Current Class 1 or 2 Real Estate Licence (or be eligible to obtain).
    • Experience within a shopping centre management team preferable.
    • Financial experience and sound knowledge of relevant legislation.
