- Overseeing the presentation, maintenance of the asset, ensuring a high standard of presentation at all times.
- Maintaining close liaisons with the landlord(s) and fostering effective working relationships with them alongside the retailers.
- Preparation of all related reports, budgets, reconciliations, correspondence and documentation.
- Communicate frequently with the owner and all tenants and provide timely relevant and professional advice to the owners in all aspects of the management of the property.
- Responsible for ensuring the delivery of the Centre's financial result ensuring financial targets are met, proactive retailer management, must have strong financial analysis and reporting skills and the ability to balance strategic and operational responsibilities
- Current Class 1 or 2 Real Estate Licence (or be eligible to obtain).
- Experience within a shopping centre management team preferable.
- Financial experience and sound knowledge of relevant legislation.
