- About the Role:
- Collaborate with the PMO team to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.
- Lead a team of testers in executing test cases, identifying and reporting defects.
- Utilize your expertise to implement and maintain efficient testing methodologies.
- Participate in code reviews and provide valuable insights to developers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools and technologies.
- Foster a collaborative and positive testing environment.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Test Lead or senior testing role.
- Proven track record of leading successful testing initiatives across diverse projects.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is a bonus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- A meticulous eye for detail and a passion for quality assurance.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
