- Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Retail products
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Retail Suite, including modules such as Merchandising, Planning and Optimization, Supply Chain, and Store Systems
- Experience in Oracle Retail implementation projects
- Ability to configure and customize Oracle Retail applications
- Strong understanding of retail business processes
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Oracle Retail certification is preferred
