Key Responsibilities:

1. Participate in all branch processes
2. Buid positive relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals
3. Assist in the delivery of pharmacy services
4. Serve as an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy, representing the company and interacting with the community on a daily basis

Requirements:

An NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or accredited equivalent course, along with a Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification, are essential. Experience working in a customer-focused environment, understanding of confidentiality, and accurate handling of medications are also required.
