We are a pioneering organization working on cutting-edge refrigeration technologies to address the climate crisis. Our mission is to develop innovative cooling solutions that can unlock significant efficiency boosts, saving our customers money while reducing electrical load and eliminating refrigerant emissions.
As an early-stage technology developer, we need to quickly find the right paths forward. This often means conducting experiments and building prototypes to assess the viability of potential solutions. This experimentation leads to design concepts which then require systematic validation.
This role will be primarily responsible for developing our testing suite and ensuring we learn what we want to know.
