- Assist in building personal and community networks.

- Qualifications or experience in disability (preferred).
- Strong computer skills and effective communication abilities.
- Demonstrated target achievement.
- Person-centered service approach.
- Excellent listening and influencing skills.
- NDIS Workers Screening Check and Clearance.
- Current driver's license.
- First Aid Certificate.
- Federal Police Check.
- Blue Card (Working with Children Card QLD) - costs covered by IWC.
- Salary Sacrifice Packaging up to $15,990 per annum.
- Meals and Entertainment Package up to $2,600 per annum.
- 9-day fortnight schedule for full-time employees.
