Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a diverse range of Japanese dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines

Training junior kitchen staff on cooking techniques and procedures

Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed

Ensure all dishes are prepared with precision and attention to detail, meeting customer expectations for taste and presentation

Requirements:

Proven experience working as a Chef in a busy restaurant setting, with a focus on Japanese cuisine preferred

Strong culinary skills and knowledge of Japanese cooking techniques and ingredients
