They take pride in our state-of-the-art coffee machines that are integral to providing the perfect cup of coffee every time and as they continue to expand, they are seeking a skilled and motivated Coffee Machine Technician to join the team.

    As a Coffee Machine Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing coffee machines and other equipment. Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure that all machines consistently produce the highest quality coffee. You will work closely with the operations team to identify and resolve technical issues promptly, minimizing downtime and maximizing machine performance. Additionally, you will be involved in conducting regular preventive maintenance to prolong the lifespan of the equipment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on various coffee machines to ensure optimal performance and adherence to quality standards.
    • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair technical issues with coffee machines, including espresso machines, grinders, and related equipment.
    • Maintain accurate records of machine performance, maintenance activities, and any necessary repairs.
    • Developing and maintaining outstanding relationships with service managers, customers and contractors as well as identifying new opportunities.
    • Purchasing and managing new equipment from international markets.
    • Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices to improve the overall coffee machine maintenance process.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a coffee machine technician (3 years +).
    • Strong understanding of coffee machine mechanics, including knowledge of espresso machines, grinders, and related equipment.
    • Ability to diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues efficiently and effectively.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Exceptional communication skills and a customer-oriented approach when dealing with internal teams and external vendors.
    • Flexibility to work during non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
