    The Western Health Foundation (WHF) plays a valuable role in raising funds for equipment and services for Western Health.

    Based in our Footscray office and reporting to the Director, this role will assist the foundation team to manage the many and varied tasks in supporting fundraising, office management, board support and administration for the smooth running of the foundation.

    This vacancy is based on a parental leave replacement position for 6-months, and is available part-time for 30.4 hours a week (0.8 FTE).

    Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Supporting administrative requirements for the WHF Director
    • All board support including minutes taking and preparation of board papers
    • Written and verbal communication on behalf of foundation with internal and external stakeholders
    • Organising the foundation staff and supporting activities wherever possible

    To be Successful in this Role, you will have:

    • Skills and experience in administration
    • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to relate effectively to all stakeholders, including bereaved families, senior staff, high net worth individuals, and people from culturally diverse backgrounds
    • Experience working in Adobe and Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word
    • Experience in producing written documents, correspondence and reports
