Equity Dealer Principal - Cairns City, Australia - AUTOrecruit
Description
Our client operates a number of multi-franchised dealerships and is looking for a Dealer Principal to take the reigns of one of their new sites, which represents a multiple top 10 brands.
The ideal candidate for this position must be able to demonstrate that they either hold, or have held, a General Manager or Dealer Principal position, with a suitably sized dealership. Whether your background is in sales or fixed operations, our client is happy to confidentially speak with candidates who have a stable history, with a major operator/s.
Candidates must demonstrate that they have a holistic understanding when it comes to dealership management and operations. It's not all about selling cars, or getting excellent CSI scores. This is an all-encompassing role, so it requires a candidate that understands sales, parts, service, admin, marketing, social media, customer dynamics etc.
