    Role Responsibilities

    • Monitor and optimize workflows through highly automated distribution centers to maximize capacity, velocity, accuracy, and efficiency.
    • Identify areas for improvement, process enhancements, and optimizations by analyzing product flows, processing equipment, and order completion progress.
    • Become a subject matter expert in automation control systems and utilize these skills to maintain and optimize control system configuration settings.
    • Provide leadership to a Flow Control team and collaborate with colleagues to drive continuous improvement in the timely and efficient flow of products and orders.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in operations roles, preferably in fast-paced distribution centers or order fulfillment environments.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong relationships across cross-functional teams.
    • A deep understanding of safety protocols and risk management with a commitment to ensuring safety in all aspects of operations.
    • A track record of driving continuous improvement and delivering results in complex, matrix environments.
