    We have an exciting 12-month contract opportunity to appoint an experienced Digital Media Marketing Manager to join our Brand and Channels team.

    Through the development and delivery of the digital media strategy this role will drive team efficiencies and accuracies, translate media insights into optimisations increasing quality in enquiry volume and create bespoke recommendations in line with business strategy.

    Utilising your strong media planning experience, you will be responsible for the national Masterplanned Communities and Land Lease Communities Always On program.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and implementation for the important Always On program to deliver business objectives for our Development Business.
  • Manage the existing Always On program across our communities business which includes media plan updates, optimisations, and budget tracking.
  • Work closely with Regional Marketing Managers and National Campaign Managers to ensure best in class media output.
  • Assist in the creation (briefing, strategic/planning process, and implementation) of successful national campaigns working closely with the National and Regional marketing teams
  • Focus on enhancing brand and business objectives, whilst driving efficiency and accuracy across all relevant media channels.
  • Support Campaign Managers in the delivery of Business Unit objectives by optimising the National paid media buys live in market.
  • Closely monitor results and communicate results back to business, at least weekly, alongside Campaign Managers for each BU.
  • Provide thought leadership and drive digital strategic planning and execution across multiple digital and traditional media channels.
  • Develop and embed best practice across all business units, specialising in digital media.
  • Implement strong and executable processes with internal and external partners to minimise implementation errors and maximise resource.
  • Demonstrate leadership by educating and enforcing use of digital media best practice across all business units internally.
  • Monitor media expenditure and ensure budgets and corresponding delivery is tightly managed.
  • Work alongside the Web Manager and Regional Marketing Managers, as well as agency, to support SEO.
  • Knowledge & Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or equivalent
  • Extensive knowledge of digital paid media channels from either in-house or agency
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proven experience managing media plans with $2M+ budget.
  • Proven experience managing a team of digital specialists across social, SEM and programmatic buys (video, native & dynamic display).
  • Reporting and analysis of ongoing paid media results (experience dealing with data using excel, as well as digital dashboard)
  • An ability to demonstrate the impact of optimisations to results (leads/sales)
  • A sound understanding of SEM and SEO channels, their role within the ecosystem and an ability to assess plans and output.
