    The role

    A unique opportunity for a professional and experienced Junior Sous Chef has arisen to join the kitchen team. We are looking for an outstanding person who has had experience working in a fast paced kitchen and delivering high quality Modern Australian dishes.

    You

    • Minimum 5 years' experience in a professional kitchen
    • Ability to produce quality food, use fresh produce and be creative
    • Must have Qualifications or equivalent trade experience
    • HACCP and sound Food Safety knowledge
    • Prepared to work across multi outlets including service and functions/events
    • Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation
    • Flexible and willing attitude, clear communication and customer service skills
    • You will be reliable, dedicated and willing to continue learning
