  • The Opportunity

    The Financial Planning Assistant plays a crucial role in implementing Shadforth's client service delivery strategy. In this role, you will directly engage with clients, fostering and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients while attending to their queries and requirements. Additionally, you will deliver outstanding service to Private Wealth Advisers (PWA) and members of the Shadforth Advice Team.

    This position involves offering administrative support for PWAs, including scheduling client meetings, managing calendars, organising documentation for client reviews, maintaining client records, and handling various administrative tasks. furthermore, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of client-related tasks.     What we look for in successful candidates

    Ideally you will have prior experience in a comparable role within the financial services or a related sector. Alternatively, if you have completed or are pursuing relevant qualifications in Business/Commerce, a Diploma of Financial Planning, and/or RG146 Compliance, it would enhance your application. As a seasoned professional, you exhibit qualities such as diligence, resilience, and a strong commitment to achieving positive outcomes for both clients and colleagues.

    Secondly, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential, while previous familiarity with XPLAN software would be advantageous.
