My client has a strong market presence across the casual dining space here in NSW, QLD and plans for expansion within the next 2 years.

We are currently searching for a key piece of the puzzle, to help drive growth across their brand, to join in the capacity of Senior Regional ManagerThe role:
Lead daily operations of the current 11 sites
Champion culture within the restaurants, FOH & BOH both given the support they need to do their jobs effectively
Full recruitment for stores, end to end people strategy across the sites
Support the Director in all areas from marketing, HR, finance & new business development

About you:
Previous experience as a Area/Regional manager within the QSR/casual dining food retail industry
Enjoy being the face of the brand - this is not an office based position
Experience in kitchens would be highly regarded
Energetic, skilled in people management & always wanting to learn more

The offer:
Salary base of $150k + super
Bonus, car/travel allowance & tools provided
