    The Role Reporting to the Assistant Director, the Records Management Officer is responsible for assisting with section's specific activities and projects, as detailed under 'Duties and Responsibilities' heading.

    Duties and Responsibilities Responsibilities of the APS Level 6 may include: General Undertake independent analysis and research work.
    Contribute to the development and review of plans, papers, briefs, cheat sheets, talking points, and other documentation.
    Manage projects of less complex nature.
    Work constructively with internal and external stakeholders and provide subject matter input.
    Establish, manage, and document procedures, processes, and internal controls, and assist in the strategic planning for the section.
    Communicate with diverse audiences through well-developed written and verbal skills.
    Adhere to the APS Values and Code of Conduct.

    Specific Provide expertise and technical knowledge in Content Manager system and advise internal stakeholders on complex records management/recordkeeping enquiries.

    Contribute to the development and implementation of records management tools, such as records authority and supporting business classification scheme.
    Qualifications and Educationdiploma in records management (or related Demonstrated experience in records management/ recordkeeping and use of Content Manager system.
