- Conduct performance testing of software systems to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement
- Develop and execute performance test plans and strategies

- 5+ years of experience as a Performance Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, or Gatling
- Experience in performance test planning, execution, and analysis
- Proficiency in performance monitoring and profiling tools
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience in working in Agile software development environments
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Relevant certifications in performance testing or related areas are a plus
