We are recruiting an experience
SAP Data Analyst/Master Data for this Melbourne role. You will require extensive experience in SAP master data specifically related to purchasing, materials, BOMs and routings. The role is responsible for managing master data to drive accuracy and productivity, along with SAP reporting and training. This is a hybrid role.


Major Responsibilities

  • Managing master data in SAP and other systems.
  • Focus on high level manufacturing planning processes to identify simplification opportunities through better use of SAP.
  • Work closely with the business to ensure alignment of master data rules and procedures.
  • Ensure the high quality of master data in key systems as well as maintaining the processes to support the data quality.
  • Provide overall support to the local team in SAP.
  • Develop better methods for processing and managing data in SAP.
  • Train Users in better ways of using SAP.
  • Develop and provide reports/data from SAP to assist in business decision making, with experience in using Power BI.
  • Develop tools to enable better analysis of SAP data specifically related to Logistics/Production ie: Inventory and OTD.

Required Education, Experience, Skills

  • Degree qualified in data related discipline such as IT/Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years exposure to SAP, including significant exposure to SAP Master Data
  • High Level of knowledge of SAP including SD/MM/PP modules
  • Ability to analyse data in SAP and provide meaningful reports/dashboards
  • Experience in Power BI
  • Knowledge of SAP BW is an advantage
  • Knowledge of logistic, planning & manufacturing processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English
