    Description
    Our client is one of Melbourne's premier commercial agencies, with a strong brand and rich heritage servicing the Melbourne market.
    We're seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join the team, work closely with the Leadership team to oversee a unique portfolio of commercial office buildings, predominantly B-grade assets across the Melbourne Inner City suburbs.     The Role
    As an experienced Commercial Property Manager, you will take on a diverse array of responsibilities. You will work across a boutique, premium portfolio of office buildings that are predominately B Grade assets.
    Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
    • Oversight across a handful of office buildings, starting off with 2-3 buildings and increasing based on experiences
    • Conduct regular property inspections to assess maintenance needs
    • Monitor financial performance and prepare budgets
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
    • Negotiate lease agreements, lease renewals, and rental terms
    • Collaborate with various stakeholders
    The Ideal Candidate
    To excel in this role, we are looking for someone with minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity, with experience working across office buildings. Key attributes, skills, and experiences include:
    • Have extremely polished communication skills
    • Accrual Accounting Experience
    • Excellent Stakeholder Management Skills
    • A tertiary qualification in Real Estate or a related field is desirable
    • Familiarity with Cirrus 8 would be highly advantageous
