Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment) Exceptional opportunity in service oriented leader Full-time, flexible hybrid working12 months+ contract This organisation is in a high growth, transformational sector and delivers a range of invaluable services to our community.

Reporting to the Senior Manager People & Culture, this role will play an important part of a high performing team as the organisation undergoes a major transformation.

As a People Business Partner, you will be instrumental in providing ER & IR support and advice to a key stakeholder group.

Partnering with senior leaders and managers, your key responsibilities will include:

Supporting key stakeholders on all HR related matters across the employee lifecycle Providing expert advice and assistance in the interpretation of the EBA and IR issues Ensuring clear communication and the provision of strong advice and support regarding a major organisational restructure Giving direction and advice on performance management issues and coaching stakeholders on employee issues Providing robust and practical HR advice across all areas of the business and to key stakeholder groups Reviewing and updating current policy and procedures to ensure best practice and compliance with legislation.

This is a fixed term contract position through to mid - late 2025 and is well suited to an experienced HR Business partner with a pragmatic, can-do attitude.

You will have knowledge of, and a passion for industrial relations legislation and framework plus strong generalist skills. A flexible hybrid work model is on offer (3 days in the office/2 days from home).

You will enjoy working in a high performing, collaborative team and have excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills together with a solutions focused approach to your work.
