The Company:

Located in the heart of Brisbane, they're currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Package Expeditor to join the Project & Engineering Services team.

The Opportunity:

As a Package Expeditor, you will play a critical role in supporting and expediting the supply of materials and spares, ensuring timely delivery to the project sites. This role involves significant coordination with suppliers, managing multiple package lifecycles, and proactive involvement in cost analysis and negotiation.

• Supplier Coordination: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Package Management: Manage the complete lifecycle of various packages.
• Cost Analysis and Negotiation: Conduct cost analysis, negotiate with suppliers, and identify cost optimisation opportunities.
• Excel Mastery: Excel skills for inventory tracking, budget management, and generating reports.
• Conflict Resolution: Tackle procurement and supply issues promptly, resolving conflicts that is beneficial for the company and the suppliers.

About You:

• Experienced: 10 year's experience in Oil & Gas Projects (full cycle), Manufacturing, Construction, and Procurement.
• Analytical: You possess strong analytical skills with a proven track record of implementing improvements.
• Trade or Sales background:
• Resilient: Capable of operating under pressure and adept at adjusting to changing priorities.
• Communicator: Excellent reporting and communication skills are essential.
