The Client Liaison Assistant role is responsible for the following:
Provide Administrative Support: Offer comprehensive administrative assistance to the professional accounting team.
Facilitate Communication: Serve as a bridge between the accounting staff, clients, and other administrative personnel.
Enhance Client Service: Enable and reinforce the delivery of top-notch, professional client service to ensure favorable business results.
Skills and Knowledge required:
Client Service and Liaison Skills: Proficiency in effectively managing client relationships and acting as a liaison between clients and the accounting team.
Computer Skills: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Organizational Ability: Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally.
Digital Marketing and Social Media: Previous experience in digital marketing and social media management to enhance the firm's online presence and client engagement.
Professional Services Experience: Prior experience in a similar client liaison role within a professional services firm, such as accounting, finance, or legal, is desirable. This provides familiarity with the industry's dynamics and client expectations.
Please note that candidates must possess relevant experience from a professional services/financial advisory firm or equivalent to be shortlisted.
