    About the Role:

    We are excited to offer an amazing opportunity for a passionate, motivated and experienced Quality Controller to join our Hyundai team in Doncaster. To succeed in this role, you will be someone who enjoys a challenge, working in a team environment with a focus on efficiency, safety and maintaining a high standard of work.

    To be a potential candidate for this role you will:

    • Be a qualified automotive technician, preferably with experience in a similar position
    • Have strong understanding of how your role as Quality Controller directly impacts customer service results
    • Possess excellent interpersonal leadership and communication skills.
    • Have a passion for automotive with a willingness and desire to develop new skills and keep up to date with current technology
    • Have an undivided commitment to delivering quality workmanship
    • Have outstanding time management skills
    • Hyundai experience is a distinct advantage however we prioritise passion and a willingness to succeed above all else
    • Able to meet and exceed quality standards as set by brand
    • Previous experience performing road tests and quality control functions
    • Superior attention to detail
    • Strong communicator with ability to provide guidance and support to technical team via demonstrated knowledge and capability

    The role will involve the following:

    • Complete final quality control checks on vehicles to make sure the vehicles are released exceeding brand quality requirements.
    • To fulfil waiting customer requirements and road test
    • To assist the Workshop Controller in the daily functioning of the Workshop
    • Conducting service roadtests
    • Ensuring a safe work environment is regularly maintained
    • Assisting with administrative tasks during quieter periods of the day
