The purpose of the Business Analyst is to work collaboratively with Automation teams and business stakeholders, to design, plan and execute the Automation Services priorities and contributing to the wider Automation and T&O strategic direction.

What you'll do Act as a digital subject matter expert to champion a great customer experience while liaising with internal and external stakeholders Act as a key link between the product owner and delivery teams Develop and maintain positive working relationships with T&O Technology teams and stakeholders to drive successful delivery Build strong relationships through engagement with business, colleagues and key stakeholders Guide the business through UAT to sign off, managing any post-implementation changes Working in an Agile continuous delivery environment and be responsible for analysing and documenting requirements, facilitate workshops and design solution sessions What you'll bring 5+ years' experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in a technical capacity Advanced understanding of Agile development practices Previous experience working with software development teams Expert facilitation, presentation, and communication skills Experience in design & implementation for digital platforms and/or cloud technologies Track record of working in a fast-paced collaborative cross-functional environment What we can offer you Excellent discounts on a range of retail favourite stores as well as banking and insurance products A range of flexible working and leave options, including 20 weeks paid parental leave and unlimited paid emergency response leave Invest in your brighter future with ongoing study support and career development programs Give back to our communities with payroll giving, donation matching and paid volunteer leave About Suncorp Group We're proud to be a part of the Suncorp Group family alongside some of Australia's most trusted and diverse names in insurance.
