We are seeking a confident and capable Supervisor - Mining to lead underground crews in our underground mining operations — someone who thrives where leadership matters most.

This is more than coordinating a shift. It's about setting the tone for high quality safety standards in line with statutory obligations, driving production outcomes, and building a crew that performs under pressure while looking out for one another.

1. Strong experience in an underground mining environment with a minimum of 12 months supervisory experience


2. A strong understanding of relevant Mine legislation


3. Proven experience in leading a team


4. An understanding of OH S and HR/IR Principals


5. A self-motivated, forward thinker with exceptional organisational skills
