- Grade 3 Clinical Psychologist position based in Canterbury
- 40 hours per fortnight, fixed term part-time- 12 months
- Liaise with O'Connell Family Centre Psychiatrist and nursing staff
- Promote excellence in clinical practice and family-centred care
- Provide monthly clinical supervision for staff
- Provide supervision to registrars or students
- Full registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist with endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist or working towards endorsement
- A minimum of five years professional experience as a fully registered Psychologist
- Ability to engage with complex families with young children years) who present with a range of biopsychosocial issues
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other members of the O'Connell Family Centre team
- As a senior Clinical Psychologist, assess psychological needs of families attending O'Connell Family Centre, provide brief interventions, liaise with referral sources and clients to ensure appropriate ongoing care as required
