    We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for full-time permanent Sales Support Merchandise and Store Person to join our Mungindi branch to help drive instore sales of our agricultural merchandise products.

    About the Opportunity:

    Reporting to the Branch Manager you will focus on developing strong customer relationships. You will be responsible for providing sales and administration support, as well as ensure orders are received and dispatched for delivery safely and on-time. Tasks are varied and will include:

    • Performing general administrative tasks including stock control, ordering, receipting, and dispatching of goods
    • Assisting customers with pricing and product queries
    • Processing counter sales
    • Forklift operation and some on-farm deliveries
    • Goods receipt and dispatch
    • Inventory control
    • Maintaining safety processes
    • Loading and unloading trucks, dispatching, and unpacking orders and deliveries

    About You:

    To be succesful in this role you will have previous experience in a team support role in a busy environment and have a passion for Australian farming and agriculture. In addition, you will demonstrate:

    • A proactive approach to work and practical organisation skills
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Effective verbal communications skills to build solid long-term customer relationships
    • Full drivers' licence a HR licence and forklift ticket
