The Role
The Senior Development Manager will develop and manage a range of projects across Residential, Build-to-rent, Mixed-use through the project lifecycle.
The pipeline requires a strong hand, particularly now as they enter the activation phase - ensuring effective planning, stakeholder management, operative financial and risk management processes are assessed to guide the projects through delivery.
Whilst you will have the benefit of a strong in-house design team, you will take the lead role in managing the design process in a rapidly changing environment, where excellence is consistently sought. You will have managed projects through delivery and consider this area a key strength.
