    The Role
    Genus Services is seeking an experienced Field Contract Manager to join our Projects Team in Perth. Reporting to the Project Manager, the Field Contract Manager will provide daily direction, instruction, and guidance to the Field Project Teams to ensure they meet our contractual and regulatory requirements for the project. Duties will include but are not limited to:

    • Ensure all day to day operational activities are executed effectively, and appropriate records and approvals are in place.
    • Monitor contract status and provide status reports to Project Manager.
    • Manage contractor relationships and conduct HSE audits.
    • Maintain key client stakeholder relationships and represent Genus at stakeholder meetings.

    Essential Requirements/Skills/Qualifications

    • Previous Field Contract Management experience, or equivalent in the construction and or telecommunications industry.
    • Previous experience managing field-based resources.
    • Driver's Licence "C" class.
    • Well-developed written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including stakeholder relationship management.
    • Exceptional attention to detail, with data analysis and reporting experience.
    • Diligent, strong initiative and positive attitude.
    • Sound understanding of Health & Safety requirements in the workplace, and how to monitor/reduce HSE risk.
    • Highly developed planning and multi-tasking ability, in order to deliver in a high paced work environment with minimal supervision.

    Desirable Skills and Qualifications

    • Construction and or Telecommunications Network experience highly regarded.
    • Proficient in the use of MS Office computer applications including Word, Excel and Power Point and Outlook.
