Brenntag ANZ is currently experiencing strong sales growth and is looking for an ambitious Finance Manager to help drive business performance.
Job Description
With a functional report to the Regional CFO, your primary responsibility is managing the finance function for the ANZ business working with the senior leadership team to grow the business.
This includes managing the Finance Team of 4, overseeing the local statutory reporting, annual tax return and audit. You will also play an important business partnering role with Divisional General Managers, providing them with accurate and insightful reporting and analysis for all product segments across two global business divisions. You will be an active participant in business decisions and will be expected to be proactive in understanding operational complexities, and commercial business trends.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be CA /CPA qualified Finance Manager with prior experience in a medium to large organisation, preferably with international reporting lines. You will be experienced in managing and developing teams, providing strategic support for senior stakeholders, and have the ability to drive change across the business. Not afraid to be hands-on, this role is well suited to a confident person with career ambition. Experience with SAP and Hyperion (HFM) is mandatory.
