This highly sought-after practice in Launceston is seeking a skilled dentist due to unprecedented demand for their services. With only a dozen dental practices in the city, serving a population of 70,000+, the patient-to-dentist ratio is significantly high. This premium 6-chair practice is renowned for its patient-centric approach, technical excellence, and sophisticated approach to dentistry, cosmetics, health, and wellness. Building long-term relationships with patients is paramount, and the practice's reputation relies heavily on creating a seamless patient experience.

The practice is hiring due to an insatiable demand for dental services, far outstripping the available clinicians in this clinic. The Principal aims to reduce clinical hours to focus more on coaching, mentoring, and developing a better business model for the Associates.

You'll have full books from the start, with flexibility to choose between 3, 4, or 5 days a week. The current dentists are booked solid months in advance, ensuring a constant stream of patients.

About You

We seek a high-performing dentist with exceptional communication skills, relatability, and personality to build rapport and relationships with patients.

Experience in implant placements and wisdom teeth extractions is essential.

A commitment to patient care, willingness to listen and learn, and prioritization of patient experience and education.

A team player with a friendly chairside manner, able to communicate effectively and make anyone feel comfortable.

Candidates may be open to performing or learning complex dental procedures and are confident in general dental procedures.

AHPRA registration without conditions and current professional indemnity insurance are mandatory.

A growth mindset and openness to improvement and learning are crucial.
