About the role:As the Sales Operations Analyst supporting the Go-To-Market teams, you will play a critical role in the business achieving their growth targets. Reporting into the Director of Revenue Operations you will identify key metrics and develop critical scorecards to assist Sales Managers, Customer success managers and Regional GMs run their business. This is a hands-on and autonomous role, you should have solid expertise in sales analytics, dashboard management and providing meaningful actionable insights aligned to business goals to drive growth or solve problems. You will be responsible for setting up the regular sales cadence and standard operating processes for GTM to maximise their sales effectiveness and the customer experience. You will ensure best practices are adopted globally and consistent reports are developed to allow meaningful reporting across the whole business.

    About you:

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales operations role, ideally in a fast growing SAAS business
  • Proven experience in building effective sales operations cadences and dashboards to optimise sales performance and structure
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and align teams toward common goals.
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to communicate complex business insights, both verbally and in writing, in a clear and precise manner
  • Highly proficient in excel, and data analytics tools
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects without losing focus
  • Resourceful and committed to advocating for our customers, with a growth mindset and a passion for problem-solving as part of a team
  • How you'll spend your time

  • Identify and implement key metric reporting to support end to end sales cycle including pipeline management, opportunity hygiene, forecasting, deal size, customer onboarding, success and timely renewals
  • Develop scalable reporting to all levels of sales management to demonstrate achievement towards company goals and identify areas of focus
  • Run regular cadence reviews with sales and customers success managers, focusing on growth and improvement opportunities
  • Resolve sales operational issues end to end in a timely manner
  • Make recommendations from analysis to optimise sales productivity and drive business value
  • Ensure tech stack optimisation through feedback from all levels of GTM
  • Proactively identify and implement processes and reporting improvements that simplify, standardise and enable sales operational excellence
