    HOBAN Recruitment is seeking a skilled EL1 Level Intelligence Team Leader for a prestigious client in SURRY HILLS NSW.

    About the Role
    As the EL1 Level Intelligence Team Leader, you'll play a crucial role in the Fraud Fusion Taskforce Intelligence Analytics Branch.
    You'll lead the gathering and analysis of integrity information, providing strategic, operational, and tactical intelligence.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Planning and producing strategic intelligence outputs.
    • Addressing requests for information and responding to senior management.
    • Leading intelligence projects targeting organised fraud.
    • Liaising with other agencies and producing briefing papers.
    • Providing managerial oversight and ensuring team health and safety.

    About You
    We're looking for a candidate who:

    • Holds a Diploma of Government (Investigation) or equivalent.
    • Has experience in leading and coordinating intelligence projects.
    • Possesses excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Demonstrates strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
